BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. By using the contents of this site you agree to comply with the Croatian Law, the bon ton basics, and to take responsibiliy for your actions. Croatia-ST portal is in private ownership and is intended for all, with the goal of bringing people together through this community portal, as well as bringing news and information only with good intentions. Croatia-ST reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Croatia-ST grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

The Administrators and editors of Croatia-ST hold the ownership/author rights on their own content/materials (all text, graphics, visual interfaces, photographs, logos, sounds, music, artwork, databases and computer code) - collectively "Content". If you belive that the Administrators/editors of this site, or one of the visitors infringed your copyright, some other rights or legal regulations, the matter will be considered promptly and disputed content will be removed as soon as possible, right after establishing the justification of the appeal.

--Forum and Community service--

All the posts are the opinions of their authors, and not the owner of Croatia-ST webpages or the forum moderators. They can not be held responsible for their content. Moderators of the forum are doing their best to remove any illegal posts as well as to sanction their authors, but it may happen that we miss some posts or not see them on time. We only ask for your understanding, and if you want to help, you are free to report every post to the moderator for which you believe that violates the rules by clicking the image to report the post. You as the user create your own level of anonymity on the forum. We agree to keep confidential all of your data that you do not want to publish. The only exception is when the police or a court order by which we shall give an insight into the IP address of the user of which there is an ongoing investigation.
All rules that apply for the forum also apply to the "Community" service.
